Angie’s Gardens ships daily, Monday – Friday. All orders that come in by 2:00 PM CST are collected and brought to the USPS (post office) the same day. All orders received after 2:00 will be shipped next day. This is our standard shipping policy but there will be some exceptions. On the days where we have an abundance of orders and are unable to ship all orders on the same day, we will work to ship the orders ASAP and in the order they were placed. You will get an email notification with a tracking number. Please ensure angiesgardens.com is added to your contacts so this email doesn’t end up in your spam box. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam before contacting us. If you placed an order and have an order receipt but no shipping email, after checking your spam, please contact us and have your order number and email address handy and we will try to help you.
Angie’s Gardens mission is to provide high quality, organic, herbal health & wellness products to help you enrich your life and continue a lifestyle of health. Our goal is to get you “Back to Good”! We are rated only 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One is that our products are awesome! We put a lot of time, effort and love into each of our products to ensure a great benefit to you. However, sometimes you may get a product that arrived damaged in shipping or was not to your expectations.
We have a return policy and procedure for any product that fails to meet our high standards of excellence. If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please contact us with your name, order number and email address and give us an explanation of why you would like to return the product. Once we review your request, we will either refund the purchase or issue store credit. In most cases you will be required to return the product to receive the refund or credit but this can be waived on a case by case basis. Please be advised, we will NOT refund anything that is just sent back to us without an authorization! In most cases, you will be responsible for return shipping, unless the problem was an issue that was our fault. Due to new refund policies with our merchant account, we can, in most cases, no longer offer refunds of CC processing fees & state sales tax as these are not refundable to us as the merchant.
