How to Brew:
For cold tea –
I brew my tea in about a quarter of the amount of water I expect to drink, so it becomes a really strong brew. I use a half gallon jar and I filled a pot with about 2-3 cups of water, brought it to a boil, turned it off, added my herb and covered it. I let it steep per directions on bag then remove the herb. I keep it covered and let it cool a bit so I don’t break the jar.
For hot tea –
Add herb to hot water. Let steep per instructions. For a stronger tea, steep longer, but not too long or you’ll get bitterness. It is suggested to cover all tea while brewing in order to save the volatile oils.
